Warranty Policy
Green Ray Vehicles offers a 90 day Warranty on all parts, covering manufacturing defects only. In case of malfunction contact us and our qualified technicians will assist you. In case it is determined, the part must be returned to us for inspection and a replacement part will be issued if the original part was not damaged by misuse. After 90 days, we carry an additional 30 day warranty on motor and battery only**. You may return the cart within 7 days after receiving it, provided it's in excellent condition. There will be a 15% restocking fee based on total price of the caddy. Green Ray Vehicles is not responsible for return shipping of the golf caddy or parts under any circumstance. You must agree to this warranty before purchasing any product from our website. We will use this legal binding warranty in any further issue if such would arise.
